ICALLE is officially back!

Submission of proposals for 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 will be accepted starting 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.
